Took my brother in to shop for his first car, huge selection of cars to fit all budgets. Seen a few option, but settled on one and Douglas was brilliant, extremely welcoming and helpful. Supported my brother through everything, as he wasn’t entirely confident with all things tied in with buying a car. Kept in touch throughout each step to keep us up to date on what was happening. Really easy, no stress for us at all everything was taken care of.

A great local dealership with a wide range of very reasonably priced vehicles and a really welcoming no nonsense member of staff who went the extra mile to help me find a vehicle suited to my needs. I cannot highly recommend this dealership enough for the lengths the dealer will go to help you come away with a car that you can be happy with and won't break the bank. I purchased a Mercedes ML 250 late August 2021 from Motormile, l had to get another car quickly as my last car was a Mot failure and l had a week to get another car and by chance went to Motormile. Douglas was very helpful during the purchasing process and helped in the transfer of number plates to my new car. The car had a 3 month warranty and had to go back for repair about a month after purchase but a similar fault appeared middle of December outwith the waranty and they have just repaired that fault at no additional charge. I can only say in my experience that l have had a very goods service from Douglas and Jim and would not hesitate to go back in the future.

Had such a fantastic experience with this garage, Douglas in particular. Douglas went over and above to ensure everything was perfect for us getting our new car and took care of the part exchange of our car as well which made things hassle free for us, which I am grateful for. Nothing was too much trouble and it made our buying experience brilliant. You worry when you move from big garages to smaller ones, but don't, if anything you're more important to these guys and are treated as a valued customer rather than a sales figure. Wouldn't hesitate to come here again and would definitely urge anyone looking for a good car with exceptional customer service to visit this dealer. Thanks again for everything.

I bought a car from these guys a few months ago and I’m absolutely delighted with it.unfortunately a couple of things went wrong with the car in the first few weeks but Douglas got them fixed straight away including one very costly repair without any hassle at all and now it’s like a brand new car.Very easy to deal with, straight talking, honest guys, I’ll certainly be back and I’d recommend them all day long.

Went to buy a new car Douglas and Jim were very helpful didn't take long to get my new car and the customer service was very good I'm so excited to drive my new car. Just got my third car from motormile and as usual Douglas was super helpful. He genuinely goes out of his way to help you with finance companies etc. My last 2 cars were good cars with not much problems with them overtime. So happy with my new car now. Thanks again Douglas

Had a very good experience buying a used car from here. I had an unexpected issue with the car soon after the purchase, but Douglas went out of his way to get everything fixed within a couple of days. Very happy, and highly recommended!
