Staff friendly and efficient had a problem with gp end of repeat prescription service but staff at boots trying to sort it out excellent team

Waited ages to get seen. They also didnt sell the cold packs I needed.

I had to get my compression tights ASAP after the surgery to prevent developing any further blood clots. Handed in my prescription, and was told I will get a call back once it's ready to collect. 1week,2weeks,3weeks passed, and when i finally got through to them, as nobody was answering whenever i called, they told me that my prescription is wrong. So now, because they failed to inform me earlier, I will have to book another appointment with my GP which will take another two weeks to get booked in, ask for new prescription, and another week or two to get the tights,meaning that I am at risk now until I get the tights.....Thank you Boots for risking my life with poor customer service.

Helpful staff. But not as well stocked as should be.

It's was all so much good for the biggest checks of covid test again with others housemates and family and friends.

Totaly rubbish service since it been taking over by new staff would not recommend going here would give -stars if could my son can not go without his medication but yet they some how mess this up been going here for years so have my family not anymore due to lazy incompetent staff

Worst place ever for answering the phone which is extreamly annoying when you have to call them monthly to arrange prescription delivery and if you say anything a couple of the women get really short with you but the pharmacist is nice just a shame about their hate of answering the phone

Such a quick delivery service. Ordered. online and collected in store, done!
