The team at CL mortgages provide an outstanding service. There were many occasions during our house purchase when we thought it would fall through, however the team at CL mortgages did their utmost to ensure this wouldn’t happen. Without them we wouldn’t have completed on the property. They go out of their way to ensure things are completed and their clients receive the highest level of service possible. I would never use another mortgage broker and will always recommend them to anyone needing a mortgage.

Matt, Rachael, and the team helped make a very stressful process straightforward. Their knowledge of lenders meant that they were quickly able to identify the best provider for someone who is self-employed. They worked directly with my accountant to make sure that the lender had everything they needed and the application was approved within days.Later in the process, my solicitors had managed to get the mortgage application put on hold by making mistakes when verifying the source of funds. Matt was on the phone straight away to understand what happened, and he cleared things up with the lender within the hour. I dread to think what might have happened if he had not been so quick to intervene.I just collected the keys to my new home and I can confidently say that it would have been a whole lot more stressful without the knowledgeable and pro-active support from C L Mortgages.

Claire and her team have truly demonstrated their exceptional dedication. Couldn’t recommend C L Mortgages enough! The team are brilliant. Matt was our advisor and he was excellent. He was extremely patient with all my (many as a first time buyer!) queries and always responded to me very promptly, going above and beyond with his help and advice. At the time of application Matt was on holiday and Clare helped us instead. She was also incredible, talking the process through with both me and my partner on 2 long calls of about 50 mins each! Clare also went the extra mile explaining the mortgage offer in detail and answering questions I didn’t know I need answered. The process is stressful but C L Mortgages helped reduce this stress massively.
