Out of 4 recent attempts, I have managed to receive my prescription once. Either the shop isn't open the hours that are advertised or the prescription hasn't been made within the timeframe stated.In my opinion, the shop appears to be under-staffed. So while staff are friendly and hard-working, it isn't possible for them to provide a consistent service at this time.

This pharmacy has went massively downhill recently and its nothing to do with covid or staff shortages. The female staff member with the short hair and glasses is an absolute disgrace. She's so rude and short to everyone, and has been every single time I've been in. She has no patience with elderly customers and is very abrupt with them. Her fellow staff members look embarrassed by her!! Needs taught some manners never mind general customer service! I know alot of people who use adifferent chemist because of her. Disgrace.

I'm sure some staff training with help this branch immensely, in particular the young guy who doesn't seem to know anything or be able to complete the simplest request. Add to the lost prescriptions and horrific 5 person deep queue, popping into this branch is a voyage into incompetence and futility.
