Some nice properties here. Some however back straight onto a large storage facility and this is off putting. Quite thoughtfully laid out, but depends on how many more properties are to be squeezed onto this development.

Nestled on the historic plains of the former RAF Newton airfield, the Redrow Ash Holt estate truly encapsulates its billing as the flagship estate for the Midlands.The site itself resides alongside the peaceful village of Newton, a stones throw away from the A46, on the outskirts of Nottingham. If you value being in touch with nature, this site does not disappoint - scenic countryside and wildlife surround the estate with everything from wild deer, to expansive wheat fields.The former hangers (now repurposed as commercial warehouses) and old airfield watchtower still oversee the site - both serve as a timely reminder as to the site’s RAF heritage. You will also notice occasional flybys of light propeller aircraft and hot air balloons that really add to the character of the location.We extensively researched developers both large and small, yet it became quickly apparent that Redrow truly are the gold standard for new-build properties - this is reflected in their timeless home designs that ooze character not often associated with modern homes. They may be priced at a premium, but in our experience they are worth every penny - even our independent snagging inspector commended the high quality of our build!The duty of care and professionalism of the staff members both pre and post completion on this site has truly been exceptional. Special mentions have to be made to our Customer Services Manager, Nav, our Site Manager, Mark and our Sales Representative, Holly.Nav is a larger than life personality that has bags of character and continues to be incredibly supportive of any questions or concerns that we may have - he is the perfect stress mediator!Mark always demonstrates nothing short of the utmost professionalism and dedication to his craft - a true gentleman, always on hand to help and always putting the customer first.And lastly Holly, knowledgeable, courteous and demonstrates immense pride in her work, often going above and beyond the line of duty - without her, we wouldn’t have had our dream home and no doubt has a bright future at Redrow.Needless to say, if you’ve made it this far through the review, we would wholeheartedly recommend Redrow Homes, and particularly the Ash Holt development to any prospective buyers.They are exceptional homes made possible by an exceptional team.

Friendly & knowlegable team, beautiful high quality show homes. Development with extensive plans for green space to include allotments, community orchards and parks.
