Extremely poor quality products. The glass looks like it was made by someone in their back garden. Two smashed instantly open trying to fit. Price here doesn’t equal quality. I would avoid!!

We called in on Thursday to purchase 2 lights for our shower room the lights in the showroom are fantastic we will definitely purchase more, the assistant who dealt with our purchase Abby was brilliant.Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I fell in love with the industrial style wall sconces. Unfortunately the product I selected was recalled but industville was amazing, working with me to find a suitable replacement, finding a great electrician for me, communicating with me throughout the process. The product was lovely but it was the incredible customer service that led me to leave a review. Well done! My new lights look lovely too!

So happy with our 3 new kitchen pendant lights from Industville. They are such good quality and really complete our new kitchen. Also very impressed with customer service - had a minor issue with a smudge mark on one of the light domes and they sent a replacement out the same day I emailed them. Will definitely order again!

Bought some solid copper wall lights and they were excellent quality - much better than the copper-finished alloy fittings available elsewhere. Unfortunately they couldn't be fitted due to an issue with our wiring and I had to return them, but the whole experience was very positive nonetheless, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Industville again.

Initial phone call with Natalie, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional from first contact. My wife and I met her later that day in the showroom where she was on hand to assist us. Again her customer service skills were exemplary and she could not have been more helpful as we chose our light shades. The products look good and we have high hopes for these.
