Having in contact with almost all agencies in Dundee for the past decade there are no other agencies comes closer to the Northwood standard.Friendly and experienced staff; easy, professional and transparent services are what you can expect from Northwood Dundee. You can see what you are getting, with proper documentation and support. Unlike many letting agents try to sell or rent their properties Northwood is an exception in their ethical conduct and professional approach, and you can feel safe in their hands. I am vouching for their services and myself an extremely satisfied customer for years.

Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. We have had notice to leave straight after we had reported neighbours to police for harrasment due to stupid complaints being sent in when we had valuable excuses. We passed every single visit with no issues. We did make some changes to the house but as said by the owner Ron these can be put back to original should the tenancy be terminated. They also use rogue tradesmen, one workman we had to request not to be sent back to us. Have rented for over 16 years and this company is by far the worst never had any issues up till now. We have now taken this to a solicitor.

Throughout that time, their service has been exemplary in speedily securing new tenants and prospective buyers, through a thorough vetting process, and concluding contracts soundly executed.They form good working relationships with both landlord and tenants.The team are highly experienced and we are still dealing with the same personnel during those 8 years, which says a great deal for theirprofessionalism and expertise. In 2019, my husband and I made a big move from Malaysia to Scotland. After 4 weeks of house viewing, nothing worked out as many were disappointing.The Northwood Dundee Office team we met on the 5th week, from day one of introduction, to our first viewing of the Dundee Riverside property and to our last inspection visit, were wonderful and exceptional. They empathised with our situation and understood the difficulty we faced, where not many letting companies were. They made us feel comfortable, advised us on the best possible way to move forward with our application, provided us with all the information possible to ensure we got the property we wanted and made the moving in process easy. The property was as what the pictures were on their website and appropriately priced.Any time we had a maintenance issue or even a newbie moment of not knowing how things functioned, they assisted us in every way they could in an extremely efficient and timely manner. They were friendly, competent, professional, responded and communicated well with us. Even in the middle of a pandemic, their services never faltered and our moving out was smooth with no glitches at all. We recently put a property on the market with Northwood and Audrey from the Dundee branch has been absolutely fantastic throughout this process. From the very beginning, she was very transparent regarding fees and services, extremely quick to respond to all our queries and give advice, always kept us up to date on viewings and also handled all the viewings on our behalf which made things very easy for us. We cannot express how much we have appreciated all her help with the sale and we would highly recommend her services, and Northwood as a whole, to anyone looking to sell a property.

Very pleased with how the marketing of our old home was handled - excellent photos and all-round service, house went on the market on the Friday and was sold on the Monday! Audrey was our main point of contact and was very friendly and helpful, as were other staff we interacted with. Have docked one star however because we were not pleased with the solicitor (YourConveyancer) who Northwood recommended we use, who made the whole experience more stressful.
