Great guys with a good variety of fish. They're all very knowledgeable & helpful

Poor service they do not give true advice to fish owners like myself. All they seem to be interested in is getting in the sales rather than the customer care. Also lie to you too. Avoid at all costs!

Been today for some clown loach. I have to give a big well done to them. The fish and tanks are so clean and well kept. Cleaner than living world and cheaper than pet city & tong garden centre. My new favourite place to buy tropical fish. Also a massive shout out to the lady that was serving us, she was lovely and very friendly.

Super electric blue discus and 10 mountain minnows. All healthy and thriving in their new home.

All the staff were nice, friendly and informative. Emma in particular has been great! I purchased my axolotl from the store (pictures attached) and she has given me all the necessary information needed and has been there if I need to call up for any advice. 10 out of 10 service would definitely shop with QSS again!

Terrible service, i came and bought some fish worth over £50 and most of them died, when i came back, they said it was my water and i had to bring my angelfish since it will kill my betta. After when i wanted them back, they said that he cant remeber a thing about being handed an angelfish, they scam you and are very rude most of the time. They told me I can pick fish worth £13 pounds when both of them together cost £20. He said when my guppies die he will replace them for free, when i asked, he comes up with excusesThey said my water was toxic and I had to bring all my fish in, after a fortnight, some were missing and died the next day. I DO NOT RECCOMEND AS THEY SEEM NICE AT FIRST AND THEN TRICK AND SCAM YOU.

Awesome experience, the Lady and Gentleman today (Sunday 28/05/2023) at 1.30pm were really really helpful. I asked a few questions and they were very informative and polite answering. Honestly the best experience I have received from local fish shops. Quality of the fish was also immaculate. Thank you.

Great staff very helpful the only place I will buy my koi and a great place to get all essentials they also have a large selection of discus and tropical fish would definitely recommend
