The guide we had for rafting was brilliant. She really knew her stuff and even spent some time attaching my go-pro to my helmet so it wouldn't get lost.

Great place to watch and photo the rapids. Very helpful lady in the booking office where you can pay for car park if not used to pay by phone rigmarole.

Great place for a walk. Rafting is good fun with some great rafting guides

We had the most amazing time white water rafting at Holme Pierrepont in Nottingham! Our families, including our 14-year-old daughter, couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, it was absolutely fantastic.We want to give a huge shoutout to Danny, the manager, who somehow managed to squeeze us in last minute. His efforts made the whole adventure possible, and we're incredibly grateful for that.When we arrived, we were met with a warm welcome from Sam, the guide who would be taking us down the rapids. Despite it being his last trip of the day, he was full of energy, passion, and professionalism. Sam's excitement was contagious, and he instantly put us at ease.The safety briefing was thorough and reassuring, which allowed us to focus on the fun ahead. Once on the water, Sam's guidance was clear and tailored to our group's abilities. Our 14-year-old daughter felt comfortable and confident thanks to Sam's support.The experience on the rapids were exhilarating, and we all worked together as a team to conquer them. Our daughter absolutely loved the adventure, and getting completely soaked added an extra layer of excitement for her. Neil another safety guide watched over us and managed to rescue a runaway oar! Thanks Neil!!In summary, our family can't stop raving about the white water rafting experience at Holme Pierrepont. It's an adventure we'll cherish, and it wouldn't have been the same without the amazing guides like Danny, Neil and Sam. If you're looking for an adrenaline-pumping activity that brings families closer together, this is it. Thanks to everyone involved for making our day so special!

One of the best WW centres in the UK. If you are into freestyle it’s hard to beat.

Absolutely great fun. The instructors took you through all the basic safety and technical skills before unleashing you on to the water. The guides were excellent, making sure you had opportunity to experience being thrown about and getting nicely soaked. I'm sure there are more exciting courses in Europe, but this is a great first experience, thoroughly recommended
