I will give no star at all if I have the option. The worst ever, unbelievable unprofessional. Look somewhere else if you want to have a reasonable valuation on your property.

We bought a commercial investment property approximately 95 square metres in size for £150,000 outright and developed it into a kitchen/restaurant unit then rented it out on a 5 year Lease for a rent of £10,500 per year. We got it valued by Earl & Co. as part of our plan to mortgage back the property. The lender instructed Earl & Co to conduct a valuation based on vacant possession only due to the current uncertain economic climate. Therefore a lower value for mortgage purposes was expected when compared to what the property would actually sell for with the current tenant in situ. However Earl & Co. came back with a 90 day market value of just £20,000! Their justification was inconsistent and their valuation report strewn with errors. Furthermore their price was more than double what some other valuers charge. We only went ahead with the valuation as there was only one lender available in the current economic climate and they had specified Earl & Co. as the only valuer on their panel in the area. We got another valuation conducted which came out at over 4 times higher than the market value given by Earl & Co.. If there is anyone out there who has had a ridiculously low valuation given by Earl & Co. and is willing to actually sell their property at that price then please get in touch so we can buy it!

I would have given zero stars if i could,Don’t waste your time using this company, very rude and unprofessional over the phone and under valued my property so much, i have had to start the process again which has incurred more costs to myself, a compleated waste of time and money.

I had a valuation from andrew earl recently in July 2018 but really disappointed he valued property well under the market never match or near to current valuation reports from Sutton Kersh or venmore. I don’t think he got any knowledge, skills or understanding to undertake the valuation properly. End up I have to pay another survey to come out do another right valuation which is Cost me double and waste my 5 weeks!not recommend for any survey and valuation don’t waste your time and money with this company
