Ricardo at RJF Architecture has been communicative and informative throughout our architectural and structural design project where we planned to install a beam in replacement for a load-bearing wall, upgrade a flat roof and add or replace windows and doors for modern counterparts. He was easy to work with, explained structural design and calculations in lay terms, and overall has a great eye for design. His attention to detail and patience, especially when I asked multiple questions about party wall matters, are excellent qualities for any architect. I highly recommend Ricardo and RJF!
