Wonderful experience! One of my wearable tinnitus maskers had stopped working so I booked an appointment to see whether they could repair it. Not only was John successful in carrying out the repair, but he also carried out a very thorough hearing test. On top of that, I was given (free of charge) an assortment of maintenance tools for my hearing aids. Overall, quality service across the board, I cannot recommend them highly enough! A+

I had a problem with a blocked ear and after trying self medication I realised I needed professional help and advice. After scouring various companies online I decided to book with HCP mainly due to the positive feedback on TP. I’m so glad I did. The booking was same day and very straightforward. When I arrived I was greeted by a very welcoming receptionist (Kirsty) I was offered a cup of tea and immediately felt valued. Kirsty proceeded to explain the process and went though the administration which was a breeze.
