Absolutely flawless work. I cannot recommend this place enough. Very welcoming and professional service. My windscreen has never looked so clean in all it's life of owning the car hahaha. Would absolutely recommend this guy, very helpful and a reasonable price.

Absolutely horrendous from start to finish. I left my Mini for window tints and the first attempt was appalling, with lots of debris trapped in between the window and film. Steven agreed to come to my house and take a look at the windows.  3 minutes after the time he had agreed to come he messaged me to say he couldn’t make it! After a heated telephone call, he arrived and agreed that there was far too much debris on the windows and agreed to redo the job at a time that was convenient for us both.  He also offered to remove the film and to refund the amount I paid to have it done.  I decided to give him a second chance, I mean, he could have had a bad day and how could someone screw up the job for a second time!?  How wrong I was! When I collected the car after the second attempt, Steven said that he had checked the windows again and again, there were no problems and it was perfect. After getting home, after the second attempt, I left the car for a few days for the tints to ‘settle’ before washing it.  When it was clean, I noticed the rear quarter windows were extremely scratched on both the inside (under the film) and the outside of the glass.  I contacted Steven to query why the rear quarters were so scratched and he was totally dismissive and said the windows were already scratched. Funnily enough the scratches were not evident on his first attempt at the window tints. I took many photos of his first attempt, where the debris had been trapped and the windows did not have any scratches. Steven was adamant he had ‘nothing to hide’ and denied he was responsible for the scratches. He sent me a photo to prove this, which was clearly taken after his second attempt at the window tints, as there was no debris evident on the picture. How on Earth Steven could say it was ‘perfect’ with that number of scratches, which he was aware of as he had taken photographs, I will never know.  It was a blatant lie.I went to get some advice from another window tinter who explained the process and how these scratches could have been created. (Basically, he confirmed my suspicion that he had used a scraper to remove the tints from the first attempt and scratched the inside surface of the glass and the scratches created on the outer surface were when he used a blade to cut the new film to size, without protecting the surface of the glass). With this, I thought it would be reasonable to write him a letter before I took any further action with the Small Claims Court.I requested that he acknowledged my letter within 14 days, which I thought was being reasonable.  He took full advantage of this and gave a response on the 14th day. When he finally responded he essentially admitted liability and offered a full refund and to replace the windows using an ‘independent’ company.  The next working day I sent him my response, which agreed, in principle, to his proposal. 14 days later, his response appeared via email, where he was wanting to use a ‘good friend’ to replace the windows! Hardly an ‘independent’ company! Obviously, this was not in terms with the original offer and it took him 14 days to arrange this, which I feel was rather unreasonable.  Again, trying to be reasonable and move this process along, I gave him three quotations for the replacement of the glass.  Anyway, after a lot of discussion he finally refunded me and paid the money for me to organise for replacement windows.I would not wish for anyone to go through the same experience that I have.  If you do choose to go with Tinted Vision, make sure you know what you’re getting yourself in to.  Check your car for damage before and after Tinted Vision touch it and make sure you’re happy with the quality of work.  Also, make sure you ask for a receipt / invoice for the work, as well as any warranty paperwork (I’ve recently found out that other window tinters in the area give this as standard!).

I had the rear window and rear quarters of my BMW E36 tinted with Tinted Vision and they did an excellent job, it looks fantastic. No bubbles or marks, the tints were perfect, and it was turned around quickly for a great price too. Stephen was a nice friendly guy too.I plan on coming back for the front windows eventually and maybe my rear lights.Definitely recommended!

I can’t recommend enough. Stephen was friendly and professional throughout, and very accommodating. I left my car with him and he dropped me off, then picked me up.There were a couple of extra bits that I asked to be done at the last minute and it wasn’t a problem!I’m delighted with the result, the value for money and not a slight bit of evidence that any trim has been moved.ThanksDean

I have used tinted vision to tint the rear windows of a few vehicles. They always do a fantastic job at a good price. Great customer service even offered to run me to work when I dropped my car off.

I personally rate Tinted Vision, having had a few small tinting jobs done by them over the years all to a high standard. Definitely a very tricky fine art of a job to get to perfection everytime. As luck would have it the last job unfortunately had somehow got dust between the film. This isnt clearly visable immediately after the job is done only once it dries out in the sun. This is the first time this has happened and Stephen was happy to sort it.Its got to be so irritating when this happens for not only the customer but the company too.Which is why I highly recommend Tinted Vision as they take pride in their work and at a fair price too.

I had the windows of my BMW 7 Series tinted today. I’ve been using and recommending Tinted Vision For the past 7 years and I think that in itself speaks wonders for the quality of the work. I have and will continue to direct both friends and family to Stephen, with my father recently taking his BMW 428i for rear window tints also. As for the man himself, whilst being incredibly professional and well presented, I would consider him a friend just as much as I do a supplier. Amazing guy, amazing quality materials and incredible workmanship

The work was unacceptable after the first time - a lot of grit in the windows. I had to go again to make a second appointment. After the next visit, the windows looked worse than they did the first time. I contacted the team and asked them to bring my windows back to their original look and return of money. I sent pictures through as proof - total ignorance from the garage team. Don't waste your time and money, AVOID THIS GARAGE.
