Horrific, Awful, cheap & nasty, I asked for 3 pale glass lozengers as per last picture.what i got was this 3 bottle green floating triangles, avoid at all cost.I didn't place the order, a builder that fitted the door placed the order from your company. It was your company 100% sure.

Appalling customer service! After driving to their factory on 22/10/20 with a template to cut a number of ornate shapes and a considerable amount of work I was turned away by the front desk staff and told to go elsewhere as they were Not taking any new work on Due to COVID". I asked if I could return in a few weeks and again was told they were not taking on any new work. I hope this company is not receiving any Covid support from the Gov via taxpayers as they clearly are not interested in new custom at a time when the press would have us believe that companies are struggling.........Very bad customer service!"

Brilliant company to deal with, very reliable, office staff always very pleasant and accommodating, Sarah especially goes above and beyond to make sure your glass arrives on time, the glass is top quality and regular deliveries to the midlands. I have used this company for several years and always been very happy with the service, 5 stars plus in my eyes, would highly recommend!!

We have used this company for just over a year but are currently unsatisfied with the level of service that we are receiving from our accounts manager, who cannot provide accurate delivery dates, is unable to return our calls and is unable to escalate our complaint to a higher authority.I take no pleasure in leaving a negative review, I am only hoping that someone will read this and open constructive dialogue.
