Bought a piece of machinery 6 months ago from another shop, took it back with issues, they scratched their heads for several weeks despite it being under warranty. So I decided to try bay garden machinery and not only was it diagnosed but also fixed in under 1 hr. Fairly priced, very knowledgeable and a 1st class service all round.

I can't speak highly enough of the service which Tom & Eddie provided to repair our heavy duty ride-on mower. They responded immediately to my call & were on-site within the hour. An electrical fault was quickly diagnosed and repaired in a very timely manner. What was most impressive was this was on Bank Holiday Monday and they had many other jobs to get through that day. I seriously recommend these lads. They saved the day for me. Cheers boys.

Great service which is fair and affordable. A small local business run by no-nonsense, skilled trades people. So refreshing! Much better than other local repairers. My ancient tractor mower somehow always feels brand new when they return it after an obviously extremely thorough servicing.
