Worst customer service experience ever! Requested a baby cot and confirmed it 3x via Booking com and still we did not receive it. We messaged multiple times hereafter and still no reply. Eventually phoned and the lady and she wasn't even sorry or trying to make up for it. I would have dropped it off when guests were out with a chocolate or something but guess customer service isn't a priority here.

These flats (50 and 54 Vincent Square) are the worst! You pay top dollar for small and subpar units, with zero soundproof (you hear everything from whoever is on the flat upstairs: from the floors creaking and wardrobe and drawers opening and closing to stomping right over your head, whilst you are trying to sleep), forever and unannounced maintenance work in which your entrance doors are completely blocked, aloof customer service (they speak to you on the phone as if they are doing you a huge favor)… You name it.I strongly suggest you to stay clear from these flats in Pimlico / Victoria and go somewhere else. They are not worth the hassle at all.

Agree with the rest. Avoid. Kept us waiting outside in the cold while they took their time to sort out the electronic code to access the apartment. Horrible rooms terrible maintenance. No lifts, stairs only so a really big problem if you have knee or back problems. Pictures on the website are not what we got for the apartment.

We had a great experience with Flying Butler Apartments. Self check-in was smooth, no problems at all. Apartments' interior isn't 5*, but you can't expect that given the price and location. 5 min walk you can find tons of pubs and restaurants. We totally recommend this accommodation if you're looking for a place to sleep while visiting London.

I had a really lovely stay at Vincent square! The apartment was so much bigger than I was expecting and it was absolutely immaculate. It felt like a home from home. The apartment was very easy to access (just make sure you read your email for the instructions). I really loved my stay here and would 100% stay again. The only piece of constructive feedback I have is that it would be nice to provide a pair of scissors in the kitchen! Thank you for a lovely stay!
