Smallworld IT

The customer service is outstanding.I really can't fault Smallworld IT at all. From quote to delivery, the service was spot on. Jamie really cared about what I needed my new laptop to do and quoted me for something suitable. Once I had approved the quote the laptop was then hand delivered 2 days later. Jamie sat down with me and made sure that everything was downloaded and working before he left - I have never experienced that before - and it certainly saved me a frustrating few hours!Smallworld IT are great, and I've only ever heard great reviews, but on this occasion Jamie stole the show :-)

I was having a lot of issues with setting up a Gmail account and linking domains. I spoke with James and he dealt with the issues very promptly and professionally. Very appreciative of his time and assistance. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Smallworld IT if the future. Many thanks.
