Priddy's often have second hand cameras and scopes. I bought a tripod and scope for bird watching that is like new. This saved me hundreds of pounds. I recently researched cameras. I considered DSLRs and others looking at new ones. The chap in this shop then spent some time explaining the difference between the types, and what an older DSLR can do at a fraction of the cost. As a beginner in technical stuff this is more what I want. Lenses for older DSLRs are available cheaply online too. So go to this shop, have a chat about your needs, consider a pre-owned one that in my case saves me hundreds of pounds for the camera and basic lens and in addition I get a superb lens that would cost me a lot more again.

Due to Covid infection my household was in isolation. I called Priddy to ask if they were able to assist me. I only required a few documents printing for an important deadline but was unable to leave the house to get them to their destination, they would then be collected from there, I knew it was a huge ask.Ian answered and he was delighted to assist me. Although something they would not normally do was delighted to help me. Without their help I would have missed an important deadline. With a quick email everything was sorted and i could concentrate on my recovery.Amazing and kind service, they have always been helpful and highly recommend them. If you need anything from used to new equipment or photo printing etc they are the company to use. Cannot recommend them highly enoughThank you, Ian and the team

Excellent service very knowledgeable family business they've done VHS to DVD's CD to CD's and mini disc to CD's , some they've had to send away, but very quick service Also sell cameras and equipment, canvas prints everything a photographer needs

Never knew about this place u til I looked it up whilst in the area . Staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to help a customer out.
