I purchased an ebike from All Bikes Electric last year. Their advice was invaluable and Yuri has the patience of a saint, and I came home with a bicycle perfect for my size and needs. However, removing the tyre to repair my first puncture recently proved impossible and resulted in the tyre being completely destroyed as it was glued to the wheel rim. A phone call was made and photos and a video sent to Graham who, a few days later, drove from Brighton to our home in Southampton with his mechanic Zeb to see and rectify the problem themselves as they were also mystified why the tyre was glued to the wheel rim. They spent a couple of hours here while Zeb cleaned the wheel rim and fitted new tyres to both wheels. They inspected the bike, tweaking various components and gave advice to my husband on maintenance and servicing. This after-care customer service is superb and beyond what anyone would expect and we were very appreciative of their visit. Well done, All Bikes Electric, for first class customer care. You went above and beyond the call of duty!

Dropped by, with no appointment, to request a puncture repair before i boarded my return train to London. Charming staff, very helpful and got the job done very quickly. Recommended

Excellent service. We tried electric bikes for the first time today. Can recommend this store for anyone who wants to go for a trip in Brighton and surrounding areas on a bike. We could go very far! We were a little uncertain about what route to take, but can recommend going to rottingdean. The countryside is really beautiful, but dress well as it can get pretty windy. Don't plan to eat along the beach, the seagulls will steal your food. We also tried going west along the beachfront but that way has got much more traffic beyond the lagoon (if I am wrong or you've got any tips please correct me). Happy biking!

Absolutely brilliant! We got an electric tandem for 2h and it was a major success. We got the hang of it in 6 minutes and did a great cycle along the Brighton coast. It might take a bit of time to get used to. Very reasonable prices (£30 for 2h) and incredibly helpful staff!

We just bought two bikes from here. We were CLUELESS about what to get but Yuri helped us decide easily, based on our requirements. What he doesn’t know about electric bikes isn’t worth knowing quite frankly. He couldn’t have been more helpful. A great customer experience and we feel very confident with our purchase as we know they will be there to help/assist going forward. We will certainly be taking the bikes back there for services etc’.. Shop local! Highly recommend!

I rented a Pedego Classic Cruiser from All Bikes Electric today, and the service from start to finish was excellent. The manger of the store was friendly and helpful in going through the forms and logistical aspects of the rental, and the assistant, Yuri, did a thorough job of explaining the bike, with both making me feel at ease. I'd easily recommend this shop for anyone looking to rent an e-bike in Brighton.

The shop was very helpful diagnosing problems with my electric cargobike. Their level of expertise made me confident enough to bring the bike back for a service, and now it feels like new. Recommended if you need your e-cargobike looking at.
