Had a great workshop to help me use my Cricut machine, and the store itself had all the supplies I wanted too. Staff went up to storage to look for things for me and came back with what I needed. Very good service and I highly recommend the workshop.

Best Hobbycraft store that I have visited. Its huge, if you can't find what u need here I'd be surprised. Staff always on hand and helpful. This is my go to store even though its over an hour away from me. 3 other stores nearer Farnborough, Basingstoke & Reading just don't compare to the variety and availability you can get here, in my opinion!

Expensive generally, staff tried to help find specific things I wanted to no avail. I will stick to other craft places especially as easier to get to by bus than here.

A better selection of latch hook kits would be nice ,ones they stock are not really for grown ups ,they used to have such a good selection of cross stitch kits ,very poor selection now ,have to buy them on amazon now .

Came here on the 31st July, got some paint and brushes. One of the brush cost over £10 and is already broken. Extremely unhappy and disappointed with the quality of the product
