Very fast response and friendly team but I was disappointed by the quality of their work and by the way they handled my subsequent complaint. They just said, 'this [damage to the frame] always happens with this type of window and no one has complained before'. Maybe that is the case, but I'd expect a good workman to warn me in advance.

AVOID AT ALL COST! If I could give these guys no stars that would be far more suitable! The entire experience has been awful, the glass fitted was done incorrectly and caused damage to our new bathroom. Furthermore, we were encouraged to pay cash, something we thought was odd and should have been a red flag in moving forward. I have had to constantly chase to get resolved which culminated in no apology and being told aggressively by Mr Hass Farag (apparently he’s the manager or owner) on the phone to take him to court and he hung up on me! Now that’s a new type of customer service that I’ve never experienced before and will happily take his advice.

Not great. Less than 2 years after installing the mirrors are failing. Called and was told it happens in bathroom and I’d have to pay for replacement. I’ve had similar mirrors in other properties and this has never happened before.

Very very very very very very good glass shop, all full of experts who do the job properly.

Absolutely fabulous company ,very professional and extremely polite and efficient employees ,I had two large wardrobe mirror doors replaced ,amazing job ,taken away and put back on , on time reasonably priced,Thank you Princess Glass .
