Always my go to spot in town for a coffee. Atmosphere is great, decent tunes, coffee is actually delicious, and the food is great too. Shout out to Ruby and Jade, always so friendly (as well as the rest of the staff); they are a credit to Bold!

Absolutely delicious breakfast! Loads of tables to sit down behind. Had the veggie buoy and the bad buoy and wow. Exactly what the doctor ordered! Coffee wasn’t for me, v acidic, but quite a common style now so wasn’t surprised. Staff super friendly too!

Coffee was excellent. More importantly the staff were lovely. In particular smiling Ruby, from deepest Dublin, gave a level of experience that would persuade me to walk past several other coffee shops in order to use this one.

Great location for people watching, coffee is alright, not sure I would be excited to come again. On the day I visited, the person behind the counter left me wanting for more. The blond girl at the till was clearly having a rough day which I can appreciate everyone has but it did impact my experience. She was very abrupt in her service and was annoyed when I clicked on the payment machine to print my payment receipt. I then sat outside on a table that had not been cleared from the previous customers. She brought out our order and was about to leave before I had to ask her politely to remove the cups that had been left behind by the previous customer which I had assumed she was going to do. Again she appeared annoyed at such a request. Again I can understand having a bad day, but it really should not be reflected onto customers when all they want is to enjoy a coffee experience. This interaction really made me feel my as if my custom was not very welcome. Happy to be contacted to provide more detail.

First time trying a mocha from here and will likely be the last.Firstly when stood at the counter waiting go be served to separate people came to the counter looked at me and then walked off. There was no we will be with you shortly" etc. I thought I was stood in the wrong spot or something. Finally one of them asked for my order. I should have known this was a below par coffee when the price for a mocha is £3.80 but the server asked me for £3.90. Hmm.Based on this I assumed it was a large and that was all the sizes they did as I saw no other pricing anywhere. You'll see that they gave me a small from the pictures. Finally the coffee was average at best and to only give 2/3 of a cup is criminal and I'm currently sipping water to get the horrible powder taste from the mocha out of my mouth.See my other reviews and you'll see that I love coffee and I really expected better after hearing good things about the Liverpool branch. Such a shame"

We ordered 3 coffees, 2 were no available, which is very sad in coffee shop. As addition we ordered 2 ginger shots and we had to take them ourselves, while we were leaving because noone brought them to us.

My partner and myself were recommended here by a friend. Turns out it was one of the best breakfasts i have had in a good while!Bold Street Coffee is a small unique coffee chain, which delivers fresh hot food and delicate coffee beverages. My partner had an ice mocha and i had a beautiful latte. When food came, my mouth was watering. Both meals looked stunning and tasted exactly how you described them. S T U N N I N G. This is all thanks to the wonderful staff that support Bold Street Coffee, by making a BOLD statement into the delivery of their products.I personally recommend, if you are nearby and want a place to grab a drink of something to eat. Give Bold Street Coffee a try! ❤️

Below average experienceCity centre fancy cafes disappoints when they can't cook , can't heat and can't serve most stuff on the menu for some reason spoils the mood, sandwich was poorly wrapped and was messy. Hot chocolate was good.

Absolutely brilliant service, drinks and ambience too. Matt the manager couldn't have been more accommodating, allowing us to bring a well behaved dog in with us.Louis our server was so patient and polite, and our all round experience meant we came back for more than just a coffee the next day... A BSC Fry was absolutely delicious. Poached eggs to perfection and the biggest sausage I've ever seen! Thanks for making our short trip to Manchester so enjoyable guys.

Probably my favourite coffee shop in the city.Located on Cross st, it’s a cute little shop with a laid back atmosphere. Very light and airy. Big windows and street seating for people watching.Staff are super friendly and helpful. As always I wanted something not on the menu! Staff were extremely accommodating and delivered exactly what I asked for.The food is fantastic. It’s reasonably priced and very tasty. I love their sausage patties which are packed with flavour. Portion sizes are generous. Recommend the “Sausage Buoy”Coffee is great here, I’m not sure what beans they use but I’ve never had a bad coffee with them! Today I had an iced latte with hazelnut syrup. My friend had a cappuccino and hers was lovely!
