I've worked with Sycal for around a year now, mostly for branded merchandise we use for booth giveaways at industry events and internally, such as hampers sent out to our entire European-based employee base.Not only have I been impressed with the quality of products and the speed they can provide them, but they're always there to offer as little or as much assistance as needed. Whether it's coordinating massive orders or designing, I trust that Adam and the Sycal team will always help us make the most of our time and budget.Along those same lines, there hasn't been an idea I've put in front of Sycal that they haven't been able to accomplish. They're also great at proactively coming up with ideas or different avenues that I wouldn't have thought of otherwise, and that's something I really appreciate in working with them.They're not limited to what's on their website/catalogue, so the sky's the limit on what they can produce. We've even had their help providing decorations for a large networking party we hosted, including colourful branded light pieces that went over very well with clients and prospects.Additionally, our office has little storage space, and we're primarily a hybrid/remote team, so Sycal's storage options have been a game-changer for us in terms of shipping and coordinating, especially when shipping to different event venues around the UK and abroad.Lastly, and most importantly, the Sycal team is a complete pleasure to work with, and it feels like they take pride in our success as much as we do.If you're looking for a promotional merchandise vendor that is very easy to work alongside and has a plethora of options and ideas for you, then I'd highly recommend Sycal.

We've probably got one of the most complex logos on the planet & they done an amazing job printing all of our work t-shirts, jumpers, hoodies & jackets. Sophie who we deal with is brilliant. Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. You couldn't ask for more!

Avoid like a plague! VERY unreliable. My shirts have not been delivered on time and we have no team shirts for our tournament!!! Very frustrating and the stuff is not the brightest either.

Have been using Sycal for a number of years now and have always found them to be very friendly and helpful. A+ Would recommend.
