The best customer service I ever had in a garage. Very friendly and no awkwardness because I am a female.Iv went to 3 garages prior to sort out my car and non of them could figure out what was wrong and Uncle Ijaz the owner and his team managed to sort out my car miraculously and very quick service too, even though it is a bit far from where I live, I will always come here. Thank you to the West Bromwich tyre’s team! :) a customer for life x

This was my 3rd or 4th visit, this time was emergency as tyre valve were leaking. Usually other tyre shop will charge you £5 for that repair. But he was trying to prove that my tyre has some serious cuts, so need to replace tyre. When I said don't want it he charged me £10. My past experience were same. I don't recommend to go there. He is rip off.

Excellent service, I walked in of the street stranded 40mi from home after a puncher(gash) and no locking nut key, they were very helpful and understanding to my situation.I bought a part worn and was on my way.

The staff are polite & helpful. I was seen immediately without an appointment. The work was very tidy & professional. The prices were better than reasonable. I definately recommend. Well worth the 5 stars

Not a good service spoke to someone said no Time to fix it at least they can give you a time not even any appointments

Went in for puncture repair. Carelessness from novice who did the repair damaged my alloy in several places when removing the tyre. Excuse given was because my wheels had been refurbished!!!! Offered £30 to cover costs of a refurb!! Stay clear from here if you care about your wheels

I recently had a very negative experience at a garage and wanted to share my thoughts. The customer service was extremely poor and the garage staff were unprofessional, including the owner. I would not recommend this garage to anyone.To provide some context, I called the garage in the morning to inquire about their tyre selection. The person on the phone insisted that they had plenty of tyres and told me to come in. However, I explained that I was traveling from a distance and did not want to make the trip if they did not have what I needed. After some back and forth, the person on the phone finally admitted that they had about ten good branded tyres available, so I decided to make the trip.Upon arriving at the garage, the person who had spoken to me on the phone asked his assistant to bring down some tyres for me to inspect. However, when the assistant brought down the tyres, they were just placed on the floor without any assistance to each tyres brand or thread. As I was inspecting the tyres, I kept asking for matching brands, but the owner came over and rudely commented that he had never seen anyone check his tyres like that before. He then walked away and began making negative comments about me to other customers in a different language which I understood.Feeling frustrated and disrespected, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service to the person I had initially spoken to on the phone. I asked to see more tyres since the ones they had put in front of me were not the same brand and some were winter tyres, which was not what I needed. Eventually, I found a Dunlop tyre that had good tread and requested to have that one put on. The assistant put the tyre on, but when I asked if he had balanced it, he shook his head and took the tyre off to balance it.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at this garage. The unprofessional behavior, poor customer service, and lack of attention to detail made for a very negative experience. I would never return to this garage and would not recommend it to anyone. In contrast, I recently had a positive experience at another garage in Birmingham where the service was excellent

Good to go there, ££ for tyres and £££ for other maintenance. gentleman is very cooperative but bit state forward. New and used tyres are available. Mechanic he has on the workshop is not very much experienced. Please bear in mind, he will charge you separately if he need to use computer for diagnostic. Mostly bussy, if you go early around 9ish be bater. Road side parking is not available. Euro parts is the neast option for car parts. It's around a mile away. Do not have a MOT option in here. Electric problem may not be solved either.Best wishes
