Initial discussions were good with Leanne, but the further we went with sorting a quote out, emails & phone calls were not being responded to or returned, which seems to be an epidemic with everyone, including the managing Director. I decided to get them to supply a bifold door and one window as a test situation for our garage conversion, which hopefully would give me confidence to place a larger order for the whole house. Absolute joke ! I had glazing bars missing and a damaged scratched glass unit. Needless to say it took 10 weeks to sort out and having to speak with nearly everybody to get answers as to what was happening. Eventually found out it hadn't been ordered. Do not use this company, you have been warned.
