Came here a few times while visiting Hereford. Had a disappointing experience. The drink, which was over priced, was made incorrectly. I immediately let the male supervisor know, who directed the girl who made the drink to fix it. She was very rude about it and didn’t acknowledge the fact that she had indeed made the drink wrong. I also witnessed the manager and her whispering in front of me what appeared to be about me. I was polite and respectful but the employees are not! The drinks are good but the service is terrible. I would not go back!

Treated myself to The Works hot chocolate and triple choc muffin. Service was with a smile, hot chocolate was hot and muffin perfect. Lovely place to come for outdoor drinks but still stay war under the heaters.

Lovely place for a coffee. However on a Saturday don't expect clean tables. The young lady just stands at the side by 1 of the condiment areas and doesn't do anything. Must be nice to get paid for nothing, she's letting down the other staff that work really hard.

Really friendly, smiley staff & great coffee and cakes!Large smoking & non-smoking outdoor seating area under large parasols with heaters to keep you dry & cosy even on a winters day!Lovely to sit outside come rain or shine & watch the world go by especially very early Sunday morning!

An open sided courtyard with trailer in high town, placed to watch the world go by on comfortable padded double seats, while drinking a decent enough coffee. Nice atmosphere and if it rained, you won't have to move!
