Staff (and manager) are friendly and helpfull when they are trying to sell you something but when something is wrong with a product you purchased there, they are very unfriendly and do not offer any suitable solutions. Was also given wrong information at purchase and after... extremely dissapointed and will never shop here again.

Visited here this afternoon with our baby due in a few months.We had little to no knowledge of what we required, how to install a car seat, what systems and bits we'd need.We were looking around for a few minutes when Rebecca came over to say hello and offered us help in looking around. She was amazing. We went from not knowing anything, to having a full understanding of what we would and wouldn't need, from travel systems through to breastfeeding kits.Excellent service, can't recommend enough for new parents looking to gain knowledge with caring and knowledgeable staff like Rebecca.

Karolina helped us during our visit to Mothercare at Poole branch.She spent a very long time with us solving all our questions and trying several prams as well as car seats in our small car.Excellent customer service. Thank you Karolina.

We went into the store to buy last bits and Lucy helped us and she was really friendly, very knowledgeable and I liked how she drew from personal experience with her recommendations for us plus she went the extra mile to help us with our purchase and nothing was too much hassle for her to help us, so thank you Lucy, much appreciated!

The collection of baby products could have been better. The sale didn't have much good products in it and more of those things that they just wanted to get rid of as no one buys them.Some products were priced just way more than it should be. Some customer support should be improved as well.

Today we went in to buy some stuff for our second little one.like car seat twin pram or travel system and some stuff for my wife and a little one.We was in for 20 min in the shop what was nearly empty due to the snow.In this 20 min we seen a lot of staff but no one care cares about us.When I try to find someone nobody was there.After 20 min we decided to leave the shop when I seen the staff to talk to each other.I went to them and mentioned our stafless experience, the women look at me and just moved her shoulder and continued the talking.We decided never again this shop and just went to mama's and papa's where we get 5 star service

The staff in this store were astounding! They answered all my questions, they encouraged a sale although I didn't want to purchase at that particular time, but didn't make me feel awkward when I said no. They interacted with my kids and helped my wife sort out some Christmas gifts. Spent a fortune and left feeling good very happy. Thank you Mothercare Southampton.

Went to get my sons photos done at pixifoto in mothercare today. The staff were very friendly and caring whilst doing the shoot. My son loved it and the pictures were great. It's abit pricey but hey you can't say no to good pics of your kids.
