We ordered a few samples from here and received an email asking how we were getting on which I thought was great customer service from such a big company. We went in to the Hull store to get our first flooring for our new house, the lady was so lovely and genuine, didn't feel like a sale at all. The lady found us a really lovely floor which we had delivered and it looks so wonderful in our room, exactly what we needed and wanted within our budget and was not pushed to spend more which was also great as this made us feel like they weren't out to make a sale. Will be back again and would recommend to anybody.

Absolutely awful service didn’t arrange fitting, when I chased it up they said they would use a different fitter and didn’t arrange it again. They had me pay for more than I needed but assured me a fitter would verify how much we needed and they would refund the difference this obviously didn’t happen. I asked for a refund as I had lost patience and confidence in their service and now are trying to refund me half of what I paid for. Absolutely awful service I wouldn’t use them again.

Cannot recommend too highly. Fantastic service. Staff Emma and Jodie were great. Sample ordered on line, delivered timely as promised, order placed easily over phone. Delivery advised and maintained. Window for delivery advised, kept updated and the polite driver delivered to the minute advised. Could not ask for more, absolutely brilliant.

Have to say, quite a revelation. Came in here after visiting a big name carpet shop, found more quality options in the first 2 minutes here than in 30 minutes in the other. Plus the prices are incredibly reasonable , and were in the process of being reduced as we looked round! Job done, order made, flabbergasted and chuffed. To top it off, the ladies working in store were so friendly and professional and helpful, that we will not be bothering wasting our time elsewhere in the future. Go here first.
