London Box Sash our first choice having consulted widely. We were pleased with the quality of the demo window shown and were able to visit a reference customer not far away. The fact they were London based was a plus. Installation team were great, quick, professional and went the extra mile to make a good job. We’re so pleased with the results; noise is less, warmth notably improved and the windows actually slide open! a fantastic improvement on the old ones!

We are so delighted that we chose LBSW. We obtained several quotes & to be honest they were all fairly similar but the positive engagement I received from this company stood them apart from the rest. We were not disappointed, in fact it only got better. The finished item, a large beautiful large sash window in a prominent position in our home, looks exactly the same as it did but doesn't rattle nor haemorrhage heat any more! Phenomenal windows and service.We chose to use London Box Sash Windows following a recommendation and couldn't be happier.The entire process from start to finish was absolutely seamless, from the initial survey, selecting designs that replicated our existing Victorian windows like for like, to the fitting and end result.We were astonished not only by the brilliant quality of the new windows (upgrading from original frames and glass means that the property is now silent, cooler and undoubtedly warmer come winter) but the speed the fitting team worked at and their attention to detail.

Absolutely brilliant windows. We looked around the competitors but London Box Sash made windows that looked closest to our originals. Excellent quality and service. Having originally wanted one replacement sash window, we were so impressed with the quality of the one we ordered, we went on to order four more. The build quality , insulation and acoustic properties are excellent, and the style fits perfectly into our early Edwardian house. The service was always courteous, communication precise and regular, and the fitting itself carried out with great care and consideration. We are delighted with the windows, which have made a huge difference to our previously draughty home.

I used London Box Sash Windows for two separate installations over the last year and I have nothing but praise for the company. From the initial contact, through the estimating to the final installations, the people I dealt with were polite, informative, helpful, punctual and hard working. We had a mix of sash and casement windows fitted and the product is absolutely top notch. We had some issues with our builder making new openings for the windows but the advice and flexibility with the fitting dates given by LBSW made the process and the overall look of the windows superb. I've used a few tradespeople over the last few years and LBSW are by far the most professional and committed. A company based on wonderful craftsmanship and customer service!

We're absolutely thrilled with our new sash windows in the bedroom! From the very beginning, Jake made the initial survey process a breeze. Then, Judith kept us in the loop and informed us throughout the entire process, which was wonderful. And we can't praise Anjelo and Rafal enough for their amazing job installing the windows. They really went above and beyond! A big thank you to the entire London Box Sash Windows team for making this experience so positive for us! Also of note is how much quieter and warmer the bedroom is now. The windows not only look great but they really make a difference.

As the guys were working on our bay windows downstairs I sat in my bedroom on a work call. I could not stop staring at our new replacement window which had been installed the previous day, and I mailed Judith to tell her that. It's such a difference, even setting aside any notion of resale value. The benefit to the look of the property inside and out is immediate. Other benefits like energy efficiency, noise reduction, and lack of condensation seem like icing on the cake. It's as though I feel more at home just standing in a room and looking out. The guys are very considerate and do a great job keeping the mess under control. The service is not cheap, but it's very good value. I feel good having spent the money. I intend to engage them again for plantation shutters, which I'm told they can do on their installed windows without needing to measure up.
