Door2Door Taxis

Absolutely dreadful. Booked for 6pm, driver claimed to be outside and left. We have CCTV showing this was a lie. We called twice. The first time they said the driver came and would send them back. Waited a further 30 minutes. We had to call again, again promised to call back, nothing happened.We missed our appointment and it cost it hundreds and completely ruined our anniversary.I've never dealt with such an incompetent company, I wouldn't touch them with a barge poll. Avoid at all cost.

It was a great experience. The advice on call was exceptionally brilliant and her ability to provide 2 awesome taxis within short notice was good. In addition, the drivers were awesome to us

Ordered a taxi for the following day. It was only a short distance for a meal we had booked. I was told to book half an hour before hand to ensure a timely arrival so I agreed. However the taxi did not arrive by this time it was only twenty minutes before the meal. I rang up but it was not even dispatched. I waited until nearly the time our meal was booked and had to let the venue know I'd be late. Eventually I called another taxi firm who arrived in five minutes and delivered us quickly and ended up only being ten minutes late.

I find it a great service very timely and keep you updated on your wait and if taxis are running late. I enjoy the automated service for booking. All taxi drivers have been polite and friendly.Although I must add that I have found on occasion I've been connected to a person on the call line but unfortunately have found them to be short and not helpful. I have even been hung up on.

Always reliable. Our driver out was not very knowledgeable of where he was going but we all have to learn. However, our driver back was 5*.

Please beware.... twice we tried to use them twice they let us down, not arriving on time, both times we missed our train!!- when called operator is rude and says they have no idea how long the taxi will be? And i should have not used the automated app. ( well don't give customers the option then!) And spoke to operator. If you book a taxi for a certain time it should arrive at that time ... operator needs a lesson in customer service,! No apologies at all. You have received several reviews saying the same, your service needs a review.

If you need a taxi then I would highly recommend this company, I rang them the other Thursday and they were professional, the taxi arrived on time, the driver was very pleasant.Carry on doing a fantastic job
