Fantastic company to deal with from start to finish.Nick, Hannah and co were fantastic dealing with my property sale. Quick, efficient and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Communication was great throughout, with them doing most of the work for me. Viewing were all conducted by them so I didn't have to sort anything or wait in for people. I cannot praise this company highly enough. The staff at Redruth went to great lengths to help and guide me through several problems which kept appearing. All the while they kept calm and were outstandingly efficient throughout. I would like to give a special mention to the Sales Negotiator Jade Excell as she went beyond her normal duties to support me through what turned out to be a very memorable sale which involve a long chain. Roger and the team really don't know what they are doing and don't seem to care. When I tried to give him feedback directly he told me I was mistaken and that he felt his service was excellent.No one ever picks up the phone. Phone messages go unanswered, emails go unanswered.I could give many examples of the frustrating experience it has been. In one instance they tried to get me to pay for a survey the buyer needed for their mortgage. They gave my phone number to a survey company without my permission, who then rang me asking for money. I sent an email asking about this and never received a reply or an apology.We came very close to pulling out of the deal. I had conversations with other estate agents in Cornwall who are aware of Roger and his reputation: no one had anything good to say.

Absolutely fabulous service from Nick, Hannah and Liam - in fact from all the team. They are super fast, efficient, get things right first time, highly professional and a joy to deal with. We can 100% recommend them whether you are buying or selling as they are a really excellent one stop shop for every bit of the process.
