The gentleman came to check out our Bosch dishwasher. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was able to pinpoint the problem within 15 mins. He showed us the cost of the replacement part and then pointed out another couple of upcoming problems (plastic tub warped) that meant that it wasn't worth fixing. He charged £40 to come and visit (Cullompton) which we thought was fair for the advice, even if it wasn't what we wanted to hear.

Jason went round very promptly to sort out my elderly mother's freezer (despite it not really being what he deals with) and charged a very reasonable amount to do so. I would very definitely call him out again for any domestic appliances - he offers an excellent service.

Jason was excellent. I have managed to repair appliances in the past but our dishwasher problem was tricky to diagnose. After a thorough investigation Jason came up with 2 possible causes and ordered the most likely part. He returned 2 days later with the part and took the dishwasher apart again, this time removing it completely (it is built in). I now have a fully functioning dishwasher, and Jason’s invoice was very reasonable indeed, far cheaper than a new dishwasher. Very impressed, and I would definitely use him again.
