As a new fish keeper the help and advice I have been given has been invaluable and the fish are beautiful kept in such clean conditions. I would recommend this shop to anyone especially if you are new to the hobby

First time shopping here and the service was 5 star. Very knowledgeable staff and he took the time to go through everything, start to finish. Highly recommended this place to anyone who is starting out in keeping fish and wants the best advice.

I am updating my review from 5 stars to 1. You can read my previous review below. I have been going here for a couple of years now and I must say that the guy owning this shop have gone from “an absolute star” as stated in previous review, to now miserable and rude. He doesn’t great you upon arrival, he is very short with answering questions, his customer service has gone out the window. Very sad that it have come to this as I am all for supporting small businesses, but I no longer find anything but anger when I step in to this store after every interactions I have with him. Such a shamePrecious review: I can not speak highly enough about this store and the owner. He is an absolute star! Have got some awesome guppies from him, healthy and thriving. We should all support our local fish stores more!

This shop is an absolute gem for fish keepers. The owner is always friendly and is happy to give good honest and practical advice without pushing for sales. His advice has averted us from disaster with our pond more than once and his input is greatly appreciated as keeping a pond can sometimes feel like a dark art! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went into ask for some advise on my new tank. The gentleman was so helpful, supportive and had a wealth of knowledge. For a newbie it’s the best place to go , definitely recommend 100%

The owner Stuart is extremely helpful and passionate about fish. His answers to my questions have always been correct and backed up by evidence.The shop has a variety of fish and equipment which are reasonably priced. At the time of this review 2021, the shop is Covid-19 safe.I use this store regularly and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Tanks are spectacularly clean so it's obvious that the fish are well looked after. All the fish are happy and healthy looking. Stuart the owner is very knowledgeable and informative as well as easy going and kind hearted. He will go the extra mile to ensure you leave the shop feeling well informed and happy. I really cannot fault this guy and the way he runs his business! This shop is one of a kind and I would refer anybody looking to purchase fish or fish product to come here.

It's great if you're in a jam to get some supplies for your fish. Selection is limited but can find the odd rarity now and then.Prices comparable to other vendors.Check thier website for the latest livestock.

I took one of my service users here to buy some items for his fish tank and the gentleman who served us was very helpful and informative, he understood that my service user had learning difficulties, and talk slowly so that he was able to understand him, he also took his time to help my service user, there didn't seem to be a rush, he just wanted to make sure that everything was OK.with the current covid climate, this type of help is hard to come by, I can only praise this shop and staff.I would like to personally thank the person who served us.Regards Jamie
