They do very good work although their places are filling up quick and they arnt taking on women in need as much and pushing them to homeless shelters.

Don't bother with these people they don't know the meaning of the word 'aid'! I was only there 6 weeks, had no support whatsoever, and now I have to go and pick up a CD from them because they refuse to forward it to my address in Bridgend! No care or kindness involved! They were quick enough to send me a letter telling me I owe them money though!!

Excellent, helpful, more than the law can do for you in Cardiff but it is a shame the law doesn’t support the work of Women’s aid.. not in my case anyway.

So I rang women's aid this morning as I needed help they told me to hold the line 16min later the phone went dead I had run out of talk time they didn't bother to ring me back thanks a bunch !!
