The staff are so rude and impatient. She was really rude the first time and I thought she was in a bad place and she did worse the next time I felt so bad and uncomfortable she simply don’t know how to talk,She price your according to your face so unprofessional

Good first visit, every time since it has got worse and worse. Sadly I would recommend you avoid Heaven Nails after I’ve discovered they are inconsistent after 5 visits.

The service is great and they replicated the nail design perfectly.

This place is gone down the hell they most use cheap products now because their nails comes off after 10 day and their gel polish just pills off pluse they way over priced for infill they charged me £36

I've been doing my nails a few times there. The first time I went, I asked if I could pay with card, I was informed that the machine was broken but I could do it with a bank transfer. In the next few times I always took the value in cash to have no problem, but I saw people paying with card. yesterday, once again when doing my nails, I thought I had the correct amount for the service, but I was wrong and I was missing £5. a customer paid by card, so I asked if I could also pay by card and again the woman lied and said the machine was not working. I insisted and said that I saw someone paying by card few minutes before me! I had to leave the place and look for an atm machine and had to leave a document with the woman as a guarantee that I wouldn't leave and wouldn't pay £5! (humiliating). maybe don't make a difference, but they lost a client.

Took my nails off and then decided to tell me they couldn’t do them and allowed me to leave with nails half off. Has no price list in store and gives a different price depending on their mood.

WThis place is the worst, I waited for nearly 2 hours for her to turn round and tell me she can't do them due to not having the right things. I asked for a discount and she refused. all they care about is money.(Wen
