This petrol station (reluctantly) offers a Yodel collection service. According to the text informing you your parcel has arrived you can download a barcode or give an alphanumeric code. According to the shop assistant you have to stand there downloading the barcode. Once he's finished rummaging through the trolley of parcels to find yours he makes you download it again, and then asks to see your ID.I tend to avoid this petrol station for fuel, and will now consider going further afield to collect parcels.

Both of the crew are very rude.. always on the phone while servicing the customers, i always send yodel parcel there and there is no days that the crew eating something. And doesn't care about your parcels just throw away in the floo, thats why last time i told him that i did paid for the service you should take car of them. Avoid at all cost!!

Customer service is awful very rude and make you feel uncomfortable

This customer service was very rude, my brother came in to the shop to drop off a yodel parcel. The worker tried scanning the code and it would not scan. He told my brother to step aside and look for the code in email as he ‘had no time’ to type it in. Right after him, another lady came in and had the exact same issue and instead of explaining what to do he just told her to step aside and look in the email, as he prioritised other customers. My brother told him he couldn’t find the email and tried to explain the situation to the other lady who was very confused by his blunt responses and rude attitude. He told my brother to take his parcel back and go away and tried to say that he was shouting. The lady behind him said he is not shouting at all he is trying to explain something to her and help the situation. Afterwards he angrily took his phone and started looking for the email and having found something shouted at him saying ‘no email?’ ‘No email!!?’Worst experience in a shop ever. If you cannot help your customers do not offer Yodel service. Will never be coming back to the shop again.

Self service car wash - no active foam or barely there is any foam. It's like that for months now!!!

Don't ask me why but this is my go-to petrol station! We are such creatures of habit! How bizarre!

Good fuel station not to bad, Friendly staff.always collect the nectar card it's very good.

Today I bought petrol here. The pump handle was clicking and unblinking...stopped me filling my tank 15 to 20 times. I paid 40pounds today and it only filled in 4 lines in my car petrol level. I usually get more line with the same amount. I called the station and they were just telling me my car was empty so it will click and unclick. I told them there must be something else. Check you pump. He said the clicking it will not effect your petrol level. They guy put the phone down before I did. I do not trust these guy. Someone needs to check on them. The guy on the phone did not even say I will check it or talk to my colleagues. What a useless person. I will make a full calculation and make a formal complaint if I am 100% right.

From time to time use a car wash and get a petrol but not getting a pleasant feeling about this place as once you walk in the shop most of the time there is a bad smell of food going off or similar, noticed a price mismach of the goods what's on the shelf and at the counter they not the same. Once picked up a screen wash, brought it to the till and guy working in there scans it then pulls out a different brand one from underneath the table saying you can have this instead with no reason. There is an abandoned bmw left there for ages now and sometimes getting in the way when trying to use parcel service or a car wash. Hand car wash sometimes gets out of soap. No signs that is out of service, throw your coins in and you realise you have only a water to wash your car with. Staff would help

This petrol station is OK but you cannot collect nectar points here which is not a big deal, but would of been nice and the drive through car wash that I used, washed the car but didn't dry it after so not very happy with the turn out of this petrol station. I think they should improve the car wash and start offering nectar points
