I was absolutely disgusted at the way I saw management deal with an unhappy customer over the bank holiday weekend. He was smug and arrogant towards her, and even attempted to joke about the lady being upset after she left. Him and another member of staff were really happy with themselfs after she told them You've ruined my bank holiday" ☹️ not the kind of behavior I'd expect to see from Argos staff."

My wife went to pick up three stools ordered on line she went into the store and when she gave the overweight member of staff her number which was sent to her by email he said you’ll be lucky and then he said there in stock your lucky she had to carry all the three boxes out on her own with no help from any members of staff poor service

Typical for Argos, order one item on a slow day with no other shoppers and it takes 20+ minutes to get my order. Could have been a bigger score if the majority of the order tablets wasn’t broken or missing.

A shop that uses a catalogue system .There are advantages and disadvantages to this, one of the advantages is they have a lot more varied stock as they don't need the floorspace to display everything, a disadvantage is that sometimes what you see in a picture in a catalogue doesn't always live up to expectations. This being said I have had some very good products and some real bargains from here

Visited today, served by Amy who was very polite and chatty. She helped with my refund and a new order, proffesionally checking my return and helping me with the refund onto vouchers. Credit to the company. She had answers to all my questions and actually looked like she cared about where she worked. Hard to find these days!

Brought a padlock hoping it would fit a suit case. Opened it to find out it didn't fit when back mins later to be told I couldn't get a refund due to opening the padlock packaging. So wasted over a £10 and something that didn't work for me. Ended up going next door to pound stretchers got better service and alot more helpful there.

Preferred the old way, catalogues, pens, paper slips etc but times change and Argos moves with the changes. Not much you can't buy at Argos tbh. Staff are friendly enough.

Argos store used to always be busy and full of people especially at this time of year with the run up to Christmas...not today. The store was empty. Three members of staff grouped together talking. All the stock computers where available but I had to ask.how to find an item as they have changed the search facility. A member of staff and myself had to try three different names for the item to be displayed then it was out of stock. The member of staff checked other stores but out of stock everywhere...no wonder the store is empty.
