My first visit to the specs factory, the staff are very helpful and the optician is excellent. The frames are reasonably priced and lenses half the price I usually pay. Overall a very good place to go, I will certainly be a regular customer now.

Needed new glasses but had put off buying new frames until I happened to walk past the Specs Factory whilst I was visiting the hospital over the road. Sally was so friendly and helpful and immediately set to trying to help me find the right frames for me. She listened to my likes and dislikes and was really honest about what style would be best and was able to give me some really good advice. I came away with an order of four new glasses, an excellent customer service experience and my new specs will be ready in a week! Really pleased so thank you Sally and the team.

I took an existing prescription from Specsavers here due to broken specs. Much more relaxed with friendly, chatty staff. Glasses took about a week to come back as advised and I feel that they are good value for money. Very convenient as I work at the hospital nearby. Feels good to support a local business that must have struggled during the pandemic too.

Extremely efficient and super knowledgable. Even for a small job they were very happy to complete my request in a timely manner. The cherry on top was when they told me some facts about the sunglasses and spectacle frames which just showed how much they care, not only about their customers but the products they sell.
