I cannot recommend this company enough! I had some long lasting injuries from breaking ribs, I couldn't find help via the NHS due to lack of referrals so I found Denton. I had the video sessions and mobile app exercises, it was so convenient to do online sessions and to have the app show me what to do and to have the physiotherapists on hand to send messages to whenever I had a question or needed encouragement. There has never been any pushing to do things, they have gone at my pace and supported me throughout. I enjoyed working with Carys as she listened to me and understood other things I had discussed. Carys found lots of materials to help me and even helped me with older injuries I had just learnt to live and hadn't thought of sorting out. I have kept communication open so that I can come back in the future if I need to. I really do recommend this company and if you have any problems with not being able to afford sessions and needing a break just let them know, I had an unexpected dental emergency which meant I had to postpone one of my sessions and they were so understanding and just wanted me to be well and healthy.

I find Denton Physio Technology an excellent company, it has helped me with my swift recovery from a hip replacement. Both Pre and Post Operation the service has been first class. The staff are very knowledgeable, professional and supportive during the recovery period. I highly recommend them to all.

I have arthritis in my hips and knees in my early 40s but still want to maintain an active life. I had left THR and waiting on advice for knee. I used Denton sensors to strengthen my right knee. I needed a bit of support to get started, once I knew what I was doing I found it easy to follow instructions. It makes a huge difference doing exercises while being monitored and following the correct technique. After 3 weeks the pain and swelling in my knee was been reduced. A fantastic system and the company are really helpful. Highly recommend!

I have recently completed a 3 month training programme designed for ACL physio using the sensors and it has been a really beneficial experience. Having the sensors meant I could train at any point in the day or night, giving me much needed flexibility with my schedule. The app is fantastic at reminding you when to train and measures your progress which is a great incentive to keep going. I found I pushed my self far further than I would have done had I just been given some exercises, plus I was safe in the knowledge that I was executing each exercise correctly. As a result I have experienced much better results in a much shorter time period and my flexibility has noticeably improved. The team are always available for advice and support, so by no means are you swapping humans for robots, but the two work seamlessly together. For anyone looking for a course of physio that is flexible and affordable for their lifestyle, I strongly recommend Denton Physio, you’ll see real results from the offset. Having used the app and sensors for a period of time I can honestly say that I found the system easy to use, set up, and follow the on screen instructions.I, like many people, will tell their physiotherapist that they are doing the exercises but in reality we don't always do them as often as we say, as its sometimes difficult to stick with the routine.When using the sensors and app you are totally in control of your exercises whatever the time of day and are guided by it if you are not doing them correctly.Well done Denton Physio for introducing this novel system to me.

I suffered an ACL tear due to a football injury sustained well over 4 years ago and I'd had enough of the discomfort and inability to complete simple tasks that I previously had taken for granted. As a result, I went to Bucharest to have surgery, which was a success. My surgeon recommended me the re.flex virtual physiotherapy kit due to the COVID-19 lockdowns, which prevented me to have to commute to a physiotherapy clinic for my daily sessions (I would have been too busy with work to do it, regardless). I absolutely loved the app and got along perfectly with it, having both technical & physio support. After 8 weeks I noticed a huge improvement and knew that I would not have adhered to the exercises as rigorously without re.flex or had the same level of contact with my physio.

I wanted to share how much the team at Denton Physio Technology helped me with getting started with my physio and having it become part of my daily routine to help manage my chronic pain. The emotional support was also amazing as well, as that has always been a difficult part of living with chronic pain. The app and sensors are amazing, as they give your real-time instructions on how to do the exercise and allow you to adjust the difficulty levels of each exercise as well. Being able to have regular video calls, to catch up and have the team observe you doing the exercises, is also a great help. Thanks again to everyone and keep up the amazing work.

I contacted Denton following a couple of falls late last year and again in early 21. I was at a low ebb with confidence and health following a Covid infection. Denton has provided me with the right level of exercises to build both. I began in May to just 5 months later my progress has amazed me. I have progressed 3 levels with their personalized exercises. The staff are friendly, kind, interested and empathetic. I highly recommend their company and services. Don't hesitate, you'll be doing yourself a favour!

My daughter used this to treat a knee injury through covid. The system is amazing how it works and my daughter was able to set it up do the exercises by herself. The staff were incredibly supportive and always on hand to help if needed. I would certainly recommend using this technology. 5 stars all around

I was delighted with the sensor system and achieved so much better mobility in a short space of time, compared with the standard physio after my previous knee replacement. The support I received from Denton Physio was excellent and it was great to have support and encouragement at the end of a phone or by email.
