Motus Commercials Chester - Fiat Professional

Huge thank you to Lesley and Rob at Motus Commercials, Sandycroft, Deeside for sorting out our new campervan which broke down on our first holiday on M6. A lovely, friendly and very helpful response to our very stressful situation was just what we needed. They set us up to be able to continue our holiday and procured the replacement part to be fitted on our way back. Couldn't have been more helpful! Wouldn't look anywhere else if we lived in the area. These people are great, and they care. Engine management dashboard warning in new motorhome while holidaying in Anglesey. Called Motus Wrexham on Saturday morning and Rob from Deeside branch called us that afternoon, outside of working hours, to offer help. Correctly diagnosed the fault, got the part, booked us in and fitted it on Monday morning. Great communication between Motus branches. Looking forward to taking our van to Motus in the future.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Booking the service was easy, the offer of courtesy vehicle, the greeting and attention on arrival outstanding, the technician taking the time to go around the vehicle with me to make sure he understood what was required and the follow up afterwards was all great. The whole experience was a pleasure. Definitely recommend them.

We cannot speak too highly of the recent service given by Motus Chester. The experience from the excellent receptionist, to the workshop Manager was 1st class. Communication was easy and the job was done to our entire satisfaction. In fact, it was over and above the normal level of service given by other dealers.

We were looking for somewhere that could service our rather large motorhome. Motus were more than happy to help us. The entire experience was excellent. Starting with Lesley who was so helpful and accommodating. One of the best customer service experiences ever. I was introduced to the mechanic who was going to do our service which was really reassuring. He asked me lots of questions about something I'd asked them to look at.The service was excellent and I will definitely be using them again when the MOT is due and any other things we need doing to the motorhome.If you are looking for someone to do jobs on your motorhome I can really recommend Motus.

A super experience from booking in to leaving with a fully repaired motorhome. A really efficient service from the lovely receptionist and then a fully experienced and knowledgeable fitting team. I was kept informed all the way through and the team got me going on the road as soon as they could. I will be using Motus for all my vehicle servicing and repairs from now on. Very, very satisfied.

Staff were really helpful and polite. The Recall was dealt with strtaight away and didnt even need to get out of the car. They even took the time to show me where i could get some much needed propane locally for my motorhome. Mentioned their name to the Gas comapny and propane was forthcoming. Would defo use again!!

Not great that a brand new van should have an oil leak but the team at Motus were great. Polite and friendly- had the van in straight away for an inspection and sorted just a few days later.

Vehicle serviced as per Fiat's schedule. Courtesy vehicle full of fuel. A slight problem with the service which was handled courteously and professionally by the service manager. Many thanks.
