Leaving this practice as I've finally had enough. The reception team is truly awful, they have no empathy or manners and they shouldn't be in a patient facing role. Seems like they've had no training in communication or professionalism. Extremely rude and unhelpful - this happens every time I need to call them for anything. We are a family full of working professionals (including healthcare) and therefore understand the importance of empathy when talking to patients, and I can safely say this team has no idea how to do this. Would highly avoid this practice - definitely would not recommend!

If you ring on the 6/12/2021 and you are unable to breath properly plus asthamatic with sinusitis the GPS will send you a text with a call back date of the 15/12/2021. If you ring again on the 8th explaining it is too long they will tell you to wait for a call that day by 6pm. When you go to the practice at 5pm they will tell you the call didn't take place. They will tell you there is no complaints form and be dismissive and rude. I contact the practice again today on the 10th and another member of staff who's tone is always quite rude says if you don't like the service then change gp's. Fantastic staff customer services.Several months ago in summer they told me I had gout and for several months and the 4th antibiotic packet later I pushed for an xray. Surprise, I have a broken big toe. How can a gp diagnose without seeing a patient.A few years ago I attended 4 times with my daughter and was repeatedly told she has a chest infection. Left the gp's rang an ambulance and she had pneumonia. Another half hour and she would have been in a coma. Staff rude again. Hold on a minute when we are poorly we are supposed to ring the gp's if we can't treat it our selves. If your not happy helping people then why do a job that involves working with the general public. As a dental hygienist I am more at risk from covid and I am seeing patients practically every day. Why are these gp's still not seeing patients. They are not doing aerosol generating procedures. How can an accurate diagnosis be made over the phone and how does a call in 14 days help. Its totally baffling behaviour and rudd staff is not what is needed when a person is poorly. The reception is thd 1st response to access the gp.

Reception staff seamed most irritated that I needed their help. Not interested that the self check in wasn't working and disbelieving that my daughters appointment was at the time confirmed by sms...suggest some customer service training and a spot of empathy. Dr did see us, medical staff helpful and reassuring.

I have been to the centre a couple of times and am disappointed by the service. Particularly from a reception member, 'Sam'. Her attitude and lack of manners left me mortified. It almost felt personal. I told her that I thought she was being rude and she replied with a 'Thank you'. I honestly dont know how people get away with such bad service. I've never seen anything like it from a surgery.Recently, we have had a really challenging time to get appointments too and that includes ones for our little baby. We have been told to call 111 or call another day for an appointment even though we follow protocol. I e also had instances where no call back was made from doctor. On one occasion a nurse admitted she had no knowledge about babies and goggled information that we already knew. This made me feel uneasy as she was the nurse giving injections to her! I was also told a date to see the nurse with my baby then to be told when we got there it was the wrong date and the appointment was the next day! Absolute time wasters and to make matters worse their attitude is really patronising in my opinion.

Honestly had a good experience. The doctor was lovely and could tell me instantly what was wrong confirming what I already knew after being misdiagnosed at A and E. The doctor I had was more than helpful.

I have been poorly since Friday 5 days. Over the last 2 days I have got worse and all you get from both surgeries are that they are at capacity and cannot take a call. So not only can you not visit but they don't answer the phone. This is a disgrace. They need to close both practice's down.

Called to get an appointment this morning for eye infection but the reception referred me to optician for minor eye concerns. I explaimed the symptoms that coincides with eye infection symptoms, one example was when I woke up my eye was stuck by a sticky residue, also advised have pain for 3 days on the eye sokect so it's not like I just got felt pain and I need to see the doctor. The receptionist tried to make me feel I was in the wrong by refusing to go optician, poor taste with dealing with patients. If feel sorry for elderly as I'm sure the surgery treats the same, making them wait with pain. Disgusting.I was told I would be referred to the doctor and they will see if I need the appointment with the symptoms explained. Guess what I get a text stating I need to go optician for minor eye issue. I want to know what doctor went through the symptoms i explain and referred me to the optician??? Are they even qualified? Or did the reception didn't bother giving my symptoms to the doctor because they know best they are the doctors. This surgery sees people as cattles, which cattle will make the most money for them and the cattle that make least money can wait. I was hoping this GP won't be the same as others.

Rubbish surgery. Thy put you o blood pressure tablets and atorvastatin and don't monitor you every month and not having medication ready so I have had to go without a few days. Needs shutting down .

The blonde female staff (nurse or doctor) on duty on Tuesday 12pm 30/08/2022, is very creepy as she staring at me when i was coming out of the toilet. Her room is on the right hand side of the reception desk and the lifts are on the left hand side of her room.
