365 Vet

Refused a valid prescription because it was issued longer than 3 months ago. I then emailed them and got an automated response saying it was blocked for being a spam email. Their website says open from 8, just called got an automated response saying they don't answer the phone until 10. I'm now against the clock to order important medication for my dog that would have been delivered today if they weren't incompetent.

Wanted a prescription i sent them a repeat for my dog, they where not happy with it although it was valid for 6 months hours of back and forth said they wouldnt send the tablets out, start to finish process took about 3 days, Waste of time. Do not shop here!

A word of thanks to 365 vet and Beeston Animal Health Cheshire for processing and sending my dog's anti inflammatory meds after we ran out and her arthritis was really hurting her. This is my first time using this service and I would certainly use it again and recommend it to others.

Painfully slow to dispatch my order - 4 working days after the order was submitted. The item still hasn’t arrived.The website promises 1-2 days delivery, which is a lie. You should say 1-2 days delivery, plus 4 working days to dispatch. But then again if you were honest about that, fewer people would order from you.Oh and their phone line is only open a paltry 3 hours a day, Monday to Friday. The website implies they are open until 5pm, but that seems only by email – and the auto response says they’ll reply within 24 hours!Pathetic really. Won’t be using again.

Very happy with the services provided by 365Vet. I've been a customer of theirs for sometime and find their service and prices extremely competitive. Next day delivery with DPD is faultless and the website is a breeze to order through. I can get 3 times the amount of medicines for my dog for the price of one from my veterinary surgery.

Always gone here with my veterinary prescriptions. I would highly recommend this company. When I emailed to say I was running out of medication and could they please prioritise my order, they did exactly that. I received the whole order (it was a lot) in 2 days! Very impressive thank you.

Items never arrived, they never sent out again and then ignored me. Make it very difficult to contact them, had to raise a chargeback with my bank. I suggest you stay clear of companies likes this.

This was the first time I used 365Vet. I ordered on the Wednesday, received confirmation email on Thursday and received the prescription required Advocate on the Friday. If I had read the reviews I probably would not have used 365Vet. But I am very pleased with the service I received and would happily use again.Small points to mention - on my account I set up I could not see my order I had placed and as mentioned above I did not receive an email until the next day, so I had to check my credit card transactions to confirm my order had been received successfully.Other than that I am very satisfied and impressed how quickly I received my order via Royal Mail.

Fantastic fast service and delivery we ordered Thursday afternoon and it arrived safely Saturday and our medication was half the price of our Vets.I would highly recommend
