We bought a used ID.5 recently. Liam was great - professional but amiable, and very responsive to emails. He went the extra mile to check our trim-specific features were working, and offered to leave the car on charge for the afternoon after collection while we went to get food. Also appreciated the short pre-collection video he sent over showing it had been valeted.Do watch out for the admin charge which was explained to us once we sat down, but wasn't shown on the website listing.
