Really enjoyed the comedy club on New Years! However we walked in to seeing no seats available and had to ask for them, it also felt very overcrowded because of this. Seats randomly placed and packed in around the bar causing chaos during breaks. Also the seats were awful to sit on for hours, no back support, I’m an adult I don’t expect to have this.

Visited this place few years ago and had an amazing night. So when visiting Leeds again yesterday I told my friend that we had to pay a visit.Unfortunately, we didn't get passed the door staff who clearly didn't want women in their 40's inside!!!We was told categorically that we needed a pre bought ticket to enter. Yet seconds later told a pair of young barely dressed girls that they could pay on the door.I asked for the name of the manager which wasn't provided...told them that this was ageism and a breach of the Equality act 2010. Will never ever visit, or recommend anyone to visit... absolute disgrace.

What an absolutely fantastic night. Great atmosphere, great staff. Dan Nightingale was hilarious, a great compere, to be honest we could have all listened to him all night. Sean McLoughlin had some funny moments but no belly laughs, some material was confusing and it didn't always feel like it flowed well. Steve Harris was amazing. My face ached from laughing after he was on.A great night, I loved the fact that they had rules about no heckling. I'm always of the opinion that I am there to watch the act not some idiot in the audience who wants to try and look good, so I did feel relieved about that.Only one shocker, they don't sell Bacardi!!! My poor friend couldn't have her favourite drink.

First visit to the HiFi club, really liked the venue a lot. Went to see standup comedy. Will definitely be going again. One point there is not enough seats for everyone so if you get there a bit late you may have to stand up for the show.

Way too busy to the point where you couldn't get to the bar and back without ending up with your drink down your front.3 Comedy performers that was about as funny as a prostate exam.Majority of attendees were stood up due to lack of seating at a 3 hour event.Avoid the comedy nights if you want to enjoy your night.

Nice venue for comedy club. I'd not been here before. Felt quite intimate. Easy to get to the bar between acts. Toilets very clean.

£15 for a ticket to the comedy night but don't expect a seat. Plenty of space but very ineffective use of it. Some tables and plastic stools scattered at the front. Everyone else stood. Not a comfortable atmosphere. Feet aching constantly being barged into as people go to the bar. Not worth your money.
