I was really impressed with Alan from Newlite and his team when I needed some repair work done on my bifold doors. From Alan's prompt and efficient response to my initial query, to Martin's skilful and knowledgeable work a day or two later. Martin didn't just repair the problem, but identified, and addressed, other issues - all of which left the doors working better than they have for years. And all in the proposed site visit of just one hour. If I ever have any other door or window problems, I know who to call.

Newlite Home Improvements have provided a highly professional service from start to finish from initial consultation and ongoing communication with Alan to our site survey which maximised the potential and size of the french doors we could have under an existing window lintel opening onto the garden end of our kitchen.All installed reassuringly by friendly and experienced Martin keeping the workplace tidy and with the obvious aim of achieving a perfect finish.The transformation and quality of product exceeded that of all we had hoped for and we would highly recommend this company.

NewLite have replaced my soffits and fascias, in a very timely and professional manner. It has freshened up the house considerably. We recently had replacement windows fitted by Newlite Home Improvements.Our house previously had single glazed metal Crittal style windows and French doors which were installed when the house was built in 1928, and they were integral to the look of the house.Therefore we were very nervous to replace them, but needed something with a better seal and thermal insulation.Despite the number of window units required meaning that the work would be a substantial job for a domestic dwelling, Alan was the only window company representative who was willing to come out and see the house and advise on options before giving a quote.He understood our needs in terms of finding modern units that would be in keeping with the aesthetic of the house.The installation was very efficient and disruption of our daily lives was minimised. The house was left in a sealed secured state before the end of work every day. The installation team were very pleasant and friendly, and willing to take time to answer any queries. They ensured that a few assembly errors by the window manufacturers were rectified promptly and addressed all the little snags even after the work had been fully paid for.We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and doors and the wooden frames into which they were installed (which we had foolishly had painted just prior to deciding to change the windows!).We would highly recommend Alan and the team.

Newlite installed brand new patio doors to replace the damaged ones on my balcony a few months ago. It took a while for the doors I'd ordered to ship to the UK - but that's with all the supply chain problems going on lately and not their fault. Their team was incredibly polite and efficient, especially Martin, and when they didn't quite manage to fully install the doors (late) on a Friday afternoon, they came back no questions asked first thing the following (Saturday) morning to finish the job.They were incredibly tidy and left my flat spotless after they had finished, as well as taking away and disposing of my old doors. Then, just to underline their level of customer service, when one of the new doors started sticking a few weeks back, they arranged for Martin to come out the very next day to adjust the door and rectify the problem (for free - as part of the warranty). Couldn't have asked for a friendlier, more professional team of thoroughly nice guys and would highly recommend Newlite to anyone.

Alan and his surveyor Colin gave me some good advice on the best style of windows to replace the original timber-framed windows, with a competitive quote for new windows, fascias, soffits and guttering.The window installers Martin and Tony were very professional and tidy, and went the extra mile by willingly removing and refitting all my blinds. The fascia installers Terry and Ian were real craftsmen and also went beyond the call of duty.I'm delighted with the new look and have no hesitation in recommending Newlite Home Improvements.
