I have not been to the Willow in many years, and I certainly will not be going back- this is an awful place-I rang & booked a table for 6 people & informed them I had an assistance dog with us- I was told that's fine" & "no problem"On arriving I asked a member of staff where our table was & was shown to it without a problem! 5 minutes later another member of staff informed us dogs not allowed! This immediately BREAKS the LAW & discriminates against disabled people! So the Willow has been reported to the "pubs code adjudicator" for further checks!We eventually had to sit outside with all the smelly smokers!The food was cold

I meet there with my friends on Thursdays for beer and board games, and it's always a pleasure. There's plenty of room, the place is clean and the beer is not expensive. Never eaten there, so I can't really speak on that.

We went for the Sunday carvery and all thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was decent quality and for the price can’t go wrong, one of the best carvery’s have tried in Leicester and will be back. Servers were helpful and checked we were all happy with food, nice little area outside for kids to play

Warm and comfy feeling local pub with lots of seating. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff for someone who had just popped in at an obviously well-booked moment. Great beef pie and able to help myself to a huge choice of delicious trimmings from the Sunday carvery. Mountain of a plate all went down easily.

My favourite go-to place in Thurmaston. This is a great place to spend time with Family and friends.It has a lot of indoor games like pool and foozball.Along with that the draft selection is just excellent, it pours the best Strongbow Dark fruit.Will surely recommend to everyone

Staff can be rude at times, menu list has decreased if you are a vegan you will struggle when asking for certain items they make you feel like you are asking for too much.
