Elevate
A great place to train with a good variety of equipment. I have never lifted weights before coming here as I found regular gyms too intimidating to go over to the weights area but here I use all sorts of equipment I'd never normally go near such as sleds, Bulgarian bags, d ball and much more. The trainers and members are all very friendly and the classes have a good atmosphere and each circuit is always different.

Super friendly staff! Had a personal training session with Dan and he was fantastic! We did a strength based workout where he created a great circle of different drills for me. Highly recommend and will go again!

I attended Elevate today for the first time. I was part of an amputee group. Dan was not only a very experienced, excellent instructor he had empathy for the conditions we had. He was able to adapt exercises so we all could participate and gain the best result. The lesson was varied and was set at the correct level for each individual. I certainly will be back. Well done and thank you for being an inclusive gym.

Elevate’s set up is first class. They have a wide range of classes available and the trainers are all very approachable. Their knowledge is second to none and will support your goals and your levels of fitness. One of the greatest factors with this gym is the community. Elevate works hard to create a supportive and inclusive community where everyone’s welcome. They’re always looking for ways to support their members and charities.

I have done classes locally before, however Elevate beats them by Far! The sessions are well thoughtout, dynamic and loads of fun, you will definitely get the maximum out of your workout. Dan, Foxy and the team are very knowledgable, during the session you learn a lot about the lifts, movements, exercises and how they help you short/long-term. Also, sessions are certainly made for all levels of fitness, shapes and sizes. The atmosphere is fantastic and facilities are very modern and super clean. I would highly recommend trying and joining!

Me and my husband have been going to Elevate for over a year now . A great place to train, the classes are so good , we mostly do the accelerate class , the trainers/coaches are so good and very professional. Very motivating and makes you work hard . Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I have been doing yoga as well , it is a great yoga class ! We have been using my zone belt too which is a great tool ! It does not matter what your fitness level is , elevate caters for all abilities. Highly recommended!
