Worst service I have ever experienced, waited in for 2 days for a parcel they told me was on the way"First of all there time frame is between 7am - 9pm because they can't get a more accurate time for some reason. Then they told me they attempted to deliver when they didn't as I was in all day. The second attempt it actually said the driver was around 5minutes from my house on the tracking at 12pm after a hour a checked again and it said I rescheduled for the day after when I didn't so I tried to call and after a hour on hold they told me it was a error on there system and the driver was on his way back down and would be 15 minutes. 3 hours later still nothing and they tell me it's back at the depot! I've lost £400 in wages because of this company. Do not use!"

For the price you pay I’d expect delivery as they say. Next day. Not 3 days after promised. Letter sized parcel as well
