Simon relocated my boiler into the loft, l went from a very old boiler to a combi one. Simon explained everything ahead of the work being done. His work was very thorough, he respected my property and left everything clean and tidy. Simon was recommended to me by a friend and l will certainly recommend him to my friends and family. I like the fact that he will automatically contact me in a year and arrange my annual service. Simon is very conscientious, he did a great job and on top of that he’s a thoroughly nice chap. I’m one happy customer!

Simon is an excellent plumber who completes his work to a very high standard. He communicates very well, identifying problems and informing us of solutions. He will also look at the wider issues, suggesting areas of concern in the future which will need looking at; this gives ample time to plan. Simon is honest, reliable and caring, most importantly, he loves his job. Whilst he can be busy, we will always wait because we trust him to give us the best quality service.

Over the last 18 months Simon has installed a combi boiler, refitted my bathroom and downstairs cloakroom all with amazing results. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. Excellent service. Simon is very thorough, my system had a few issues could have had serious consequences. Simon talked me through everything. Now fixed, he has also fitted me a new kitchen tap, more recently my hot water wasn’t heating and he tried to help me fix over video call. We failed but we established what the problem was and can be rectified.Simon comes highly recommended by me. He goes the extra mile.
