Super disappointed, collecting a large order £440+ and I was told I would have to go and get a Sainsbury's trolley downstairs, I duly got one and the staff filled it and on passing it to me said, it will probably be 3 trips. I asked if they could bring it somewhere for me to collect in my vehicle, I was told no, you could have had it delivered (I couldn't as no one would have been in). On collecting a second trolley full I asked if the third could be brought to me, I was told they can only take it downstairs as far as the entrance, no one had offered that before, even though I was the only customer.

Poor service from staff, one member of staff marshalling people around poorly, not cleaning tills after customers have used them and telling customers they have been cleaned. Staff standing around when multiple customers are waiting. 10 minute wait, the only saving grace was Allison who noticed we were waiting and served us quickly and politely

Not recommended that place for collect points not correctly 3 days telling me don't have my parcels with DHL is snow is delivered 3 days no no after that found wen I'm bring into with video from delivered company names everything after that found befor don't

Excellent same day delivery. From online ordering, 3 hours later item arrived at our door. Will use this service again as opposed to Amazon next day delivery. What's more is that the delivery guy paid great attention to the item security plus was friendly with excellent communication skills.

I had a terrible experience with their delivery service.I ordered for a fridge and a washer to be delivered to my flat. I live alone on the first floor.On the morning of the delivery I get a call at 6am informing me that they would not help deliver the items to my doorstep as I live upstairs without an elevator and ‘suggested’ that I get help to take it upstairs to my flat. I told them I live alone and I don’t have anyone to help me, they said it was a safety measure. How am I (a 23yo woman) supposed to carry two bulky items each weighing 60kg+ all by myself? The two men could have helped me surely.Absolute terrible service. I wouldn’t even give one star.

What an amazing turn around!!!!Served today my a male manager who was not there 8 months ago (when I last visited)Complete different shopping experience.First of all it was nice to be served by someone who knew what he was doing, impeccable customer service skills. It's been a long time coming for a lincoln branch !!!!!!!

All good,had a couple of items from Argos in last month, both expensive. Think Argos have upped their game in recent years,at one time the customer services queue was a lot longer than people buying but doesn't seem to be the case now days. Even had both items in stock which again was a bit surprising

Awful returns policy seem to want product returned unused? How do you find out if product is any good without using it then store finds any excuse they can not ti refund or exchange can see why people use amazon or eBay much better and easier returns policy won't be using Argos again any time soon

Not sure about other Argos stores but the staff at this one are unhelpful to the extreme. My 80 year old mother in law ordered a tumble dryer to collect from the store. I went to collect it for her and proceeded to the click and collect counter (1st floor location). The tumble dryer was duly presented by a male staff member on a sack barrow and dumped in front of me. When I enquired if I could use the sack barrow to take the item to my car a curt ‘no’ was offered and I was left to it. Even though this is a first floor location no attempt to was made to assist me with the item or position it to a ground floor location so I could load it in to my car. I never normally leave bad reviews but this experience has forced me to leave one. Never again will I use Argos for any future purchases.
